We are assisted in this promotion by Landround Travel, one of the UK's leading companies (part of Landround PLC quoted on the London Stock Exchange). Here are the full terms and conditions of the free return flights promotion.

  1. You have to live in the U.K.
  2. You can have a free return flight to Amsterdam, Barcelona, Brussels, Dublin, Faro, Madrid, Malaga, Milan, Palma, or Paris.
  3. Airports. Your FREE flight to the destination of YOUR choice is from a London airport - Gatwick, Heathrow, Stanstead or Luton. You can either make your own way to one of these airports or you can fly from another UK airport, although this may require a small supplement.
  4. Take a friend. Only one voucher may be used per booking/household. So if you bought two pillows, for example, you could go to Barcelona in the Autumn and Paris in the Spring, but not use two to Barcelona. However, your free flight voucher will allow you to take a friend, partner or family member with you at a special discount rate of £75 (excluding their airport tax or regional supplements if applicable).
  5. Accommodation/Car Rental. Special car rental discounts are available to voucher holders. When you send in your booking request form tick the appropriate box. Also if you would like assistance with accommodation tick the appropriate box on the booking form. This is up to you. You can book yourself into a B&B or a five-star hotel over the internet, or stay with friends if you are lucky enough. The offer of expert help is there.
  6. Travel insurance. Should you want insurance for peace of mind Landaround Travel will organise that for you from as little as £4 per day. Again it is up to yourself whether you want this.
  7. Airlines. This depends where you fly from, where you're going and the date. However you will be put on a leading European airline.
  8. Length of stay. The only restriction is you must stay a minimum of one Saturday night.
  9. What will I receive?. When you buy your pillow, you will receive email confirmation from our secure website that your order has been registered with us. For your security your pillow and return air voucher comes separately. Your pillow comes via Parcel Force and your free return flight via first class post. So you may receive your ticket before your pillow. Fill in the voucher with your choice of destination and other details, send it to the 'Fly Europe Free' (address on the voucher) and you will be contacted within 14 days. An experienced travel agent will organise everything for you.
  10. You must use your voucher before December 2004!
  11. Returns policy. For the duration of this promotion we have had to suspend our normal 30-day returns policy, as I am sure you understand.
  12. Telling others. We rely on you to spread the word about being able to have better sleep, better neck and a free return flight to a European destination of your choice.
